Sentido® is a system designed by AVEX for room reservations and digital signage. Guests, visitors and employees are informed of the correct location via various screens.
By linking Sentido to your own agenda, reservation or information system, the transfer of information takes place automatically. Your staff do not have to perform any extra actions to transfer the information to the screens.
Immediately after installation, you are able to use the system independently and the information entered automatically appears on the relevant screens. The layout of the screens is tuned to your house style by our graphic designer. Sentido® offers the possibility of showing different information and/or images on each connected screen. This makes it possible to have a larger screen in the reception area and smaller screens with detailed information in the meeting rooms.
Sentido® consists of two components: a central server and a series of displays. The Sentido® system is linked to your network via the server. This server automatically retrieves all information from existing software applications such as Outlook, Lotus Notes or, for example, your hotel reservation system. You can determine yourself what information appears on which screen.
